  • In a separate cup, add the coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, and liquid egg whites. Froth until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and super frothy.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the matcha mixture over the ice first. Top with the frothy coconut milk mixture, a few coconut shavings, and enjoy right away!
