Summer is coming and my mango popsicle recipe is the perfect treat to cool you down on a hot day! They are made with healthy ingredients - just frozen mangoes, orange juice, and kefir (the perfect way to sneak in probiotics!). There is no added sugar in these naturally sweetened orange mango kefir popsicles! Add the probiotic goodness of kefir into your tropical flavors popsicle treat! Kids love these creamy healthy popsicles. I love that it's such an easy recipe and that it's also packed with vitamin c!
In a blender add the kefir, mangos and orange juice and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicles molds and place in the freezer until frozen solid. ENJOY!
Notes
If you use wood popsicles molds and want more stability as to where you popsicle stick stays, partially freeze the popsicle mixture in the molds for 10-20 minutes, then add the popsicle stick. It will stay in place much easier that way.Depending on the size of the popsicle molds you use, and if you use already frozen mango, the freeze time can vary.
