Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • To a food processor or blender, add the peanuts, dates, and vanilla extract.  Pulse to begin to break the nuts and dates into smaller pieces.
  • When the nuts and dates look like they’re combined and in much smaller pieces, add the powdered egg whites and 2 tablespoons of water.  Pulse again to begin to combine. Add up to 1 more tablespoon of water.  Too much water and you’ll be left with a sticky mess.
  • Once the protein powder is mixed with the rest of the ingredients, add the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  • Add to the bottom of the pan and press to smooth.  Add more chocolate chips on the top if you’d like.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then cut into bars. Enjoy!
