Healthy 3 Ingredient Banana Brownies

Healthy 3 ingredient banana brownies made with no eggs, no flour and no added sugar! These have to be the healthiest brownies out there – made with simple ingredients.  All you need are ripe bananas, peanut butter (or almond butter) and cocoa powder to make a sweet treat that nourishes you too!

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a square 8×8 baking dish was parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add the overripe bananas and well well.  You don’t want any pieces of banana left in there
  • Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed banana mixture and mix well – you will have a thick batter.
  • Spread the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake brownies in preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the top looks cooked through.
  • Allow this easy brownie recipe to fully cool on a wire rack before cutting into.
