Instructions
Add the ripe bananas, avocado, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of your non-dairy milk to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it needs help blending, add a little more milk until the texture is just right.
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, small lined sheet pan, or freezer-safe container. Smooth it out with a spatula and cover.
Let the ice cream freeze for 3–5 hours, or until it’s firm like soft serve.
