Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, or honey
  • 2-4 tbsp non-dairy milk, Almond milk, oat, or coconut milk all work great!

Instructions

  • Add the ripe bananas, avocado, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of your non-dairy milk to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it needs help blending, add a little more milk until the texture is just right.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, small lined sheet pan, or freezer-safe container. Smooth it out with a spatula and cover.
  • Let the ice cream freeze for 3–5 hours, or until it’s firm like soft serve.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to dish it up into bowls. Top with mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
