Healthy Carrot Ginger Juice with Turmeric Recipe

Orange carrot ginger juice is easy to make at home without a blender! No need for a juicer, I’ll show you how you can easily make healthy juice with fresh carrots, oranges, fresh ginger, and turmeric. Loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and many health benefits, you’ll want to keep this refreshing and healthy juice on hand all of the time!

Ingredients 

  • 3 oranges
  • 3 carrots, wipe clean and cut into small pieces
  • 3 inches fresh ginger, no need to peel
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric, or ½ tsp dried turmeric + a pinch of black pepper for anti-inflammatory goodness!

Instructions 

  • Add everything into a high-speed blender along with 3 cups of water. Blend for 30 seconds on high, until everything looks broken down.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve, with a cheese cloth or nut milk bag.
