Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Toss sweet potato fries with arrowroot powder, sea salt, pepper, and avocado oil. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Cook ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Season with coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper.
  • Build bowls with romaine lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, red onion, pickle de gallo, and sweet potato fries. Drizzle with special sauce, serve, and enjoy!
