Healthy Mummy Brownies for Halloween

  • Bake your brownie recipe of choice in a square baking pan and allow it to fully cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, cut into rectangles and place on parchment paper in a single layer.
  • In a double boiler, melt the coconut butter.
  • Once melted, whisk in the maple syrup and non-dairy milk. You can make your frosting thinner or thicker depending on the amount of milk you use.
  • Add the frosting into a piping bag or ziploc bag, snip off the end.
  • Drizzle into a mummy wrapping like pattern. Add candy eyes, let the frosting set (it will harden fully once cooled), and ENJOY!
