  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, diced
  • 1 clementine, juiced
  • 1 to 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • minced cilantro, for serving

  • Bake the salmon. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Combine the seasonings and sprinkle evenly over the salmon, then drizzle with hot honey. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through.
