These birthday cake protein balls taste just like cake batter but are made with simple, nourishing ingredients like vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, and oat flour and have 7 grams of protein per ball! This easy no-bake recipe comes together in minutes and makes the perfect high-protein snack for meal prep, busy days, or satisfying sweet cravings.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, and coconut flour.
  • Add in the cashew butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until a thick dough forms, then fold in the sprinkles.
