Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the dry ingredients to each bag: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter + 1 tsp chia seeds + 1/4 cup freeze-dried spinach flakes + 1/2 cup freeze-dried triple berry blend.
  • Seal and store in a dry place (like a pantry or snack drawer). That’s it. Your smoothie packs are ready whenever you are.
  • When you’re ready to make a smoothie, add 1 cup milk of choice to a blender + one smoothie pack and blend until smooth. A high-speed blender works best, but any blender will do.
  • Add 1 cup of ice and blend again. This gives it that classic thick, frosty smoothie texture.
  • Top with crushed freeze dried berries for a fun crunch. You can crush them in the bag with your hands, or pulse a tablespoon in the blender and sprinkle on top, then enjoy!
