Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Salad Wrap

By Heather
If a pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad had a baby, it would be this crispy, cheesy, and crunchy wrap pizza. It’s fast (ready in under 15 minutes!), lunchbox-friendly, and totally customizable for picky eaters.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place tortillas on the sheet and spread pizza sauce over each. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake 8-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly golden.
  • While pizzas bake, add romaine, high-protein Caesar dressing, and Parmesan to a bowl. Toss until the leaves are well-coated.
  • Remove pizzas from the oven. Pile half the dressed salad in the center of the tortilla. Repeat with the other. Roll the wrap up tightly like a burrito. Slice in half and enjoy with extra pizza sauce or Caesar for dipping if you like.

Notes

Have fun extras like banana peppers, black olives, or red onion? Add a little to the salad for more zing.
