Salsa Verde Pork Slow Cooker Recipe

  • Sprinkle the sea salt over all of the pork shoulder sides, and place the meat in the crock pot. Pour the salsa verde over the top of the pork.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until the meat is tender to shred with a fork.
  • Remove the tender pork from the bottom of the slow cooker and place it in a large bowl. Shred with forks or cut into pieces and serve in burrito bowls, taco salad, or salsa verde pork tacos!
