Super Green Spirulina Smoothie

This is such a delicious spirulina smoothie made with 6 simple ingredients! The main ingredients in this green smoothie are non-dairy milk, kale or baby spinach, chia seeds, banana, protein powder, and blue spirulina powder. A great way to get 20 grams of protein in a delicious way! It's an awesome post workout smoothie or an easy breakfast that comes in such a pretty green color!

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cups non-dairy milk, (almond, coconut, or hemp milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 cups kale, or spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 scoop spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Into a powerful blender add the milk, banana, kale, protein powder, chia seed, spirulina powder, and ice.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds until smoothie.
  • Pour into 1 large cup or 2 small cups. Top with a sprinkle of extra chia seed, and enjoy!
