Tuna Avocado Salad

Tuna salad with mayo and pickles is a go to standard, but today I have a fresh take to share that uses avocado for creaminess instead of mayo.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cans white albacore in water
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt and pepper
  • Dippers: cucumber rounds and rice crackers

Instructions 

  • Open and drain cans of tuna.  Place in a medium bowl.  Add avocado and mash with the tuna.  Add sea salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.  Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve with cucumber rounds and rice crackers, or your favorite dippers!
