Tuna Avocado Salad

Tuna salad with mayo and pickles is a go to standard, but today I have a fresh take to share that uses avocado for creaminess instead of mayo.

Ingredients

cans
white albacore in water

ripe avocado
▢
1/2
tsp
sea salt and pepper
▢
Dippers: cucumber rounds and rice crackers

Instructions
Open and drain cans of tuna. Place in a medium bowl. Add avocado and mash with the tuna. Add sea salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with cucumber rounds and rice crackers, or your favorite dippers!
