No more massive pieces of frozen banana stuck together.  This go to way allows you to have frozen bananas ready to go whenever you need them for smoothies!

Step 1: Take your ripe bananas, peel them, and slice them into 1-2 inch pieces. Lay the sliced bananas on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 2: Freeze the banana (2-3 hours).  When frozen solid, transfer to a freezer bag and you have frozen banana for smoothies!
