Into a large bowl, add the lemonade, coconut milk, and zest from 1 lemon. Whisk to fully combine.
Pour the lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. If your popsicle maker has a lid for the top of the mold, be sure to cover it with the lid it comes with.
Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, until popsicles are frozen solid. Remove and enjoy! A great way to get stick popsicles out is by running the outside of the mold under warm water to help them to release.
