The mango adds a fresh sweetness, while the cucumber and spinach blend perfectly into the smoothie giving it the best creamy texture. This protein smoothie is a great way to get tons of vegetables into your diet!

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, slices
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

Instructions 

  • To a high-speed blender add the almond milk, spinach, cucumber, mango, and protein powder. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into 2 glasses, or enjoy 1 large serving!
