Almond Butter and Jam Quesadillas

Almond butter and jam quesadillas are a fun twist on your traditional PB&J! Instead of bread, we swap in tortillas to create sweet quesadillas that are super fun to eat. Kids love them!

Ingredients

  • Heat an electric skillet or large pan to medium heat. Take one large tortilla, add the almond butter to it from edge to edge. Next, add the jam on top of the almond butter. Place the second tortilla over that to sandwich it.
  • Add the quesadilla sandwich to your heated skillet/pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. You want both sides slightly crisped, and the almond butter and jam to be warm.
  • Allow it to cool before cutting into triangles.
