Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients. With a large spoon (or your hands!), mix until everything is combined. You may need a little more oat flour depending on how wet your mixture is.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil spray. Divide your turkey mixture into 4 even patties and place on the grill pan. Allow the first side to cook for 3-4 minutes, until you can see the bottom whitening, then flip. Let the second side cook another 2-3 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink. Cook in batches if needed.
