Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, (here's how to make your own almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, (frozen works great)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides, (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds on high and your smoothie has a creamy texture. Pour into a cup, and enjoy with a drizzle of almond butter, a sprinkle of chia seed, and extra berries. YUM!
