Canned Chicken Crust Caesar Salad Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a food processor, combine the canned chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Pulse to combine, then spread in a pizza shape on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the chicken crust is golden. Allow to cool while you prep the salad.
  • In a bowl, add the lettuce and 1/4 cup Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup dressing on the chicken crust, add the salad, top with parmesan, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
