Easy Canned Chicken Crust Caesar Salad Pizza Recipe
I am shocked by how easy this pizza crust is to make. WAY easier than a traditional pizza crust or my einkorn pizza crust.
There is no need to pull out a rolling pin or knead dough. The canned chicken crust mixes in minutes and is simply spread onto the parchment paper.
Once it’s prepped, pop it in the oven to bake while you make a delicious Caesar salad to top your pizza with.
I love using my high protein caesar salad dressing to keep the protein content extra high, but you could use your favorite store-bought option as well.

Substitutions, optional variations & dietary adjustments
Below you’ll find a list of substitutions that will work well in this keto chicken pizza crust recipe.
If you try something different out, please leave a comment below letting us all know how it turned out!
Canned chicken – We’re using cooked chicken to keep this recipe super simple, but you could use raw ground chicken as well. The moisture content will be vastly different, so watch the bake time and cook it until your crust is cooked well.
Parmesan cheese – Romano cheese is a good alternative for Parmesan cheese. You could also use mozzarella cheese in place of parmesan when mixing the pizza crust.
Romaine lettuce – Try making the Caesar salad with kale in place of crunchy romaine!
