Celery Cucumber Juice

Celery cucumber juice is an easy to make in the blender green juice! This kid-friendly juice is mild, smooth, has no bitter taste, and is super refreshing! Just a handful of fresh ingredients is all that you’ll need for this healthy, green juice. A no juicer recipe that is a good way to sip your greens.

Ingredients 

  • 30 oz water
  • 1.5 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber (optional - peel for a milder flavor)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions 

  • Add the celery, cucumber, apple, mint, lemon juice, and water into a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer, or a nut milk bag, and enjoy!
