Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the avocado, banana, cottage cheese, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the chocolate mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed and blend again so there are no pieces of avocado or cottage cheese remaining.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into 6 silicone popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds on the counter to help remove any air bubbles or air pockets. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
  • To remove the frozen pops easily, run the outside of the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull them out. Optional: Dip in melted dark chocolate chips for a decadent chocolate shell!
