Collagen Turmeric Tonic with Ginger and Lemon

Packed with vitamin C, this antiinflammatory turmeric tonic nourishes the body thanks to turmeric root, ginger, collagen peptides, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice. Enjoy it hot or cold; it’s delicious both ways!

Ingredients 

  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1.5 oz fresh turmeric root, skin removed
  • 1.5 oz fresh ginger root, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 5 scoops Naked Collagen
  • optional: pinch of black pepper

Instructions 

  • To a blender add the orange juice, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, and honey. Blend on high for 30 seconds, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Add 2-4 tbsp of your turmeric tonic concentrate to a mug or glass along with 1 scoop of collagen powder. Stir or blend it in with a frother. To make a hot drink, top with 4-6 oz of hot water. To make a cold drink, add ice and top with cold water. Enjoy!
