Creamy Avocado Lime Popsicles

Avocado popsicles are a creamy and delicious sweet treat! Made with 4 simple ingredients, with ripe avocados as the star, these popsicles are packed with healthy fats that will keep you energized for longer! They are dairy free, vegan, and make the creamy treat to enjoy on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • Into a blender, add the coconut milk, perfectly ripe avocado, maple syrup, and lime juice.  Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the avocado mixture into the popsicle molds (to the top of the mold).  Add popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours, until the popsicles are frozen solid.
  • Remove and enjoy your tasty popsicles!  A great way to get stick popsicles out is by running the outside of the mold under warm water to help them to release more easily.
