Crispy White Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo

Sweet potato fries are a weekly staple in our house and for good reasons! They’re perfectly baked to crispy perfection, slightly sweet, and nutritious too! This easy 5-ingredient recipe gives you super crispy fries without deep frying. Once you try these crispy oven-baked white sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo you won’t stop making them!
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Slice (and peel if you'd like) your large white sweet potatoes into an even fry shape. Place them in a large bowl and toss with arrowroot, sea salt, and pepper. Next, add the avocado oil and toss to coat.
Place the fries on your prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure to not overlap or crowd the sweet potato fries. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries. Bake another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
To make the chipotle mayo, combine mayonnaise and the chipotle in a blender. Blend until smooth.
