Easy 100% Whole Wheat Honey Drop Biscuits Recipe

This honey whole wheat drop biscuits recipe is my go-to when I want delicious biscuits ready in under 20 minutes! This easy recipe is made with 6 simple ingredients and has the best flavor with a touch of honey.

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix together to combine.
  • Add in the cubed cold butter and combine it with the dry ingredients using a pastry blender or your fingers (my favorite way!) until the flour turns into coarse crumbs.
  • Add the honey and milk and stir until just combined (no more flour streaks).
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop the biscuit dough onto the parchment-lined sheet pan.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy a warm biscuit with a little butter and honey right out of the oven, or allow it to cool before serving.
