Easy 15 Minute Bang Bang Salmon Bites – Oven Baked!

Baked bang bang salmon bites are the perfect meal when you’re short on time – they’re ready in under 15 minutes! Enjoy the salmon bites with tangy bang bang sauce, or make nourishing and colorful salmon bowls with the bite-sized salmon as the star.

  • To make salmon bites, preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cubed salmon with the mayonnaise, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, and sea salt. Add to a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet – make sure there is space between each salmon piece. Bake for 7-9 minutes, until the salmon is cooked (don’t overcook it!).
  • Serve your tasty bang bang salmon bites on their own or as a bowl with rice, cucumber, edamame, chives, and a generous drizzle of bang bang sauce. ENJOY!
