Easy Homemade Scrambled Eggs with Chives

Homemade scrambled eggs with chives are an affordable protein-packed breakfast! They are delicious on their own or added to a big breakfast spread. You’ll find my basic go-to scrambled eggs recipe that is naturally dairy-free, along with lots of different ways to flavor it below!

  • In a large bowl crack the eggs. Add the sea salt, pepper, and chives, and beat the egg mixture with a fork or whisk to combine.
  • Heat a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the avocado oil (or melt butter), and then add the beaten eggs. Cook the eggs and stir with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula, being sure to scrape the bottom of the pan as you scramble the eggs. Cook until the eggs are set and scrambled and look like large curds.
