Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, lemon juice, and honey into the base of your food processor. Pulse to begin to break up the frozen berries, and then let your food processor run for 3-6 minutes, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Be patient with the sorbet, it will eventually turn into a creamy sorbet mixture! If your strawberries are getting stuck and not moving, you can add water or fruit juice 1-2 tablespoons at a time to help get it going, but be careful not to add much liquid as it will leave you with a smoothie instead of sorbet.
  • Once your sorbet is smooth and creamy, enjoy it right away or store it in a freezer-safe container or a loaf pan until you’re ready to enjoy it! Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before you want to enjoy it to let it become more scoopable.
