There is nothing better than this 3 ingredient strawberry sorbet on a hot summer day! Made with frozen strawberries, fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey, this frozen dessert is ready in under 10 minutes, no ice cream maker needed.
Place strawberries, lemon juice, and honey into the base of your food processor. Pulse to begin to break up the frozen berries, and then let your food processor run for 3-6 minutes, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed.
Be patient with the sorbet, it will eventually turn into a creamy sorbet mixture! If your strawberries are getting stuck and not moving, you can add water or fruit juice 1-2 tablespoons at a time to help get it going, but be careful not to add much liquid as it will leave you with a smoothie instead of sorbet.
Once your sorbet is smooth and creamy, enjoy it right away or store it in a freezer-safe container or a loaf pan until you’re ready to enjoy it! Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before you want to enjoy it to let it become more scoopable.
