Healthy & Easy Instant Pot Ground Turkey Burgers Recipe

Instant pot turkey burgers are super juicy and easy to make! When you’re craving burgers but don’t want to deal with a barbecue, try this unique and quick cooking process. These burgers are gluten-free and made with less than 10 ingredients!
In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, egg, oat flour, and all the seasonings until fully mixed. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal pieces and shape into a burger shape.
Turn the instant pot to the SAUTE function. When hot, add a little oil or cooking spray. In a single layer, place the burger patties in the base of the instant pot to sear on one side for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, flip the burgers, and cancel the SAUTE function.
Pour the broth in, add the lid on, and cook on MANUAL high pressure for 4 minutes, then do a quick release once done.
Remove your fully cooked turkey burgers and serve with hamburger buns and all your favorite toppings!
