Healthy Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

This easy 5-ingredient peach banana smoothie is such a nourishing smoothie! The combination of peaches, banana, cauliflower, milk, and protein powder leaves you with the perfect creamy texture, and tons of protein to go along with the fruit/veggie combo. Kids love it! It’s a great way to get extra veggies and fiber in while sipping on a fruity, delicious smoothie.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup peaches, fresh or canned sliced peaches
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into 2 cups. Top with cinnamon & granola!
