Iced Blue Matcha Latte with Protein - Butterfly Pea Powder

If you love traditional green matcha but want an option without caffeine, then this beautiful blue matcha latte is for you! Made with butterfly pea flower powder for that stunning blue color. Plus, we use vanilla protein powder to give it a 10-gram protein boost per drink. I love it iced, but I’m also sharing how to make it hot

  • Using a hand frother, mix 2 ounces of water, 1/2 to 1 tsp of blue matcha powder, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder in a glass.
  • Add ice, then pour over 6 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice. Stir and enjoy!
