Ingredients

Chocolate Topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla and peanut butter together. Mix it all together then add the rest of the ingredients – almond flour and protein powder. Mix until combined, then press the cookie dough using a spoon or cookie scoop into a silicone mini muffin mold (or the cookie dough mold pictured). Place in the freezer.
  • While the protein energy bites chill in the freezer, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Pour or drizzle the melted chocolate onto the cookie dough bites and place back into the freeze for 3-4 hours until fully firm.
