Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and almond milk to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into silicone popsicle molds, leaving just a little room at the top for expansion as they freeze. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
  • To remove the popsicles, run the outside of the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds until they easily release.
  • For an extra indulgent finish, drizzle each popsicle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place them on parchment paper for a minute or two until the chocolate hardens before enjoying.
