Paleo Almond Butter Fudge Recipe

By Heather
Cute and delicious paleo almond butter fudge – little dreamy bites of lasting energy will be your new favorite healthy dessert! The flavor of the almond butter is the star, with the slightest touch of sweetness from the honey and fudge-like creaminess from the chilled coconut oil. This dairy-free fudge is easy to make with ingredients you can find at regular grocery stores.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine the smooth almond butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and sea salt in a small saucepan and warm over low-medium heat. Whisk to combine and turn the stove off when it is smoothly combined. This can also be done over a double boiler.
  • Add mini muffin liners into a mini muffin pan. Evenly pour the mixture into the liners (you could also use candy molds for a fun change!). Chill until set.
  • Instead of enjoying it at room temperature, eat right out of the fridge or freezer!
