Peanut Butter and Jelly Fat Bombs

Grab your 6 ingredients, hurry to the kitchen and make a batch of these naturally sweet peanut butter and jelly fat bombs!  They are the perfect fat fueled snack to keep on hand when you need something to hold you over. I also love them as a great energy source for early morning workouts.

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl melt your coconut oil in the microwave (or stovetop).  Whisk in the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and sea salt.
  • Pour half the peanut butter mixture into 6 silicone muffin tins.  Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes add 1 tsp jam onto the center of each pb cup. Spoon remaining peanut butter mixture over the 6 peanut butter and jelly fat bombs.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 more minutes, or until fully set.
