Pink Pitaya Dragon Fruit and Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This protein-packed and pretty pink dragon fruit smoothie is a fruity and delicious treat! Not only does it have an amazing creamy texture and vibrant color from the strawberries and red dragon fruit, but it’s packed with 22 grams of protein thanks to the use of both yogurt and protein powder.

Ingredients 

  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1.5 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions 

  • To a high-speed blender add the milk, yogurt, protein powder, dragon fruit, and strawberries. Blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 serving glasses and add crushed freeze dried strawberries on top. Enjoy!
