Pumpkin Protein Shake

Fall flavors in a cup with this pumpkin protein shake!  It’s creamy, loaded with pumpkin spice flavors, and gives you a nice boost of protein. A great post-workout snack or healthy breakfast that’s loaded with vegetables, carbohydrates, healthy fats and 30 grams of protein!

  • To a high speed blender, add the milk, pumpkin, frozen banana, protein powder, flax seed, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and ice.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and flax seed or cacao nibs!
