Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbls
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup microgreens
  • 5 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions 

  • To make this smoked salmon recipe, add the crema cheese, feta, smoked salmon, green onion, dried cranberries, and pepper into a large bowl. Mix until it is all combined well.
  • On a large cutting board, add the tortillas. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, and add the microgreens. Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap it with a big piece of plastic wrap. Refrigerate the rolls for 2 hours or overnight. Once they are firm, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve chilled.
