The BEST Avocado Mango Salad Recipe

Creamy avocado and sweet mango are the start of this avocado mango salad! If you love pico de gallo but want to mix up the flavors using ripe mangoes, this healthy fruit salad, or dip is for you! It's ready in minutes and can be eaten on its own as a side dish, or served with juicy chicken, in fish tacos, or with tortilla chips.

Ingredients 

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 small red onion, small diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Begin by dicing the soft flesh of the mango, avocado, and bell pepper into small cubes. The red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro should be minced small. Add the fresh fruit and vegetables into a large bowl.
  • Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and sprinkle the sea salt and pepper over. Gently stir to combine and scoop into a small bowl to serve.
