Lemonade Popsicles Recipe

Refreshing, sweet, and creamy homemade lemonade popsicles are perfect for a hot summer day or after-school snack.

INGREDIENTS: – lemonade - coconut milk - zest of 1 lemon

Step 1: Zest the lemon fully and set it aside.

STEP 2: Into a large bowl, add the lemonade, coconut milk, and zest from 1 lemon. Whisk to fully combine.

STEP 3: Pour the lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks.  If your popsicle maker has a lid for the top of the mold, be sure to cover it with the lid it comes with.

STEP 4: Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, until popsicles are frozen solid.  Remove and enjoy!

Keep in the popsicle mold, or remove from the molds and store in the freezer individually wrapped
