Easy Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas Dinner Tacos Recipe

Sheet pan steak fajitas tacos are super flavorful and incredibly easy to make! Flavor-packed, veggie-filled, and the perfect mix for your next taco night! Ingredients 

  • 1 lb stir fry beef, (if stir fry beef isn't available, use sirloin steak and slice into thin strips)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced, (use any color, I love a mix if I have them available)
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp taco and fajita seasoning mix, (see note for individual spices)
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions 

  •  In a large bowl, combine the beef, bell pepper slices, and onion. In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, avocado oil, taco seasoning, and sea salt. Pour over the beef mixture, stir, and allow to sit for 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Pour the beef mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet. If the pan is crowded, use 2 pans.

  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until beef is cooked and vegetables are slightly browned. Warm tortillas over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

  • Serve with warm corn tortillas and your favorite toppings - sour cream, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, guacamole, cilantro, and lime wedges are all delicious options!

Notes

Don't have taco and fajita seasoning?  Use these amounts:
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1.5 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
