How to make taco and fajita seasoning
Homemade seasoning mixes are so simple. All it takes is simply measuring your spices and herbs, and whisking the together.
Remember to label your container so that you can easily locate your taco mix.
How to use your bulk seasoning
The ratio I use when adding taco flavor to protein is 2 tbsp mix per 1 pound of protein. That could be with ground beef, ground turkey or chicken breast. I find 2 tbsp is the perfect amount to add flavor. If you love extra taco flavor, increase it to 3 tbsp per 1 pound of protein.
