Protein Peanut Butter & Jelly Greek Yogurt Parfaits

These healthy strawberry chia jam peanut butter protein yogurt parfaits are just what you’ll want when your sweet tooth is craving something sweet, but your body wants lots of protein. Each parfait cup gives you 30 grams of protein & 6 grams of fiber! I love meal-prepping a bunch of these to have for an after school snack, healthy breakfast addition, or post-workout snack. It also works as a delicious healthy dessert!
Into a large bowl add the yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and powdered peanut butter. Mix the yogurt mixture until it is smooth, thick, and creamy. You should no longer be able to see any of the powders.
