Meal prep takes you from frazzled to calm as you make meals. Today I’m sharing all about how to make meal prep work for you and how it can be so helpful and an amazing part of your cooking routine. Because it should be! Meal prep shouldn’t be an overwhelming task, but it should help you and not take up your entire Sunday.

I’ve definitely had my fair share of afternoons filled with meal prep. HOURS in the kitchen, where I’m left with tons of clean up. It’s awesome having so much food prepped, but sometimes, the cost of your entire Sunday spent in the kitchen leaves you feeling tired and like you missed out on the day. Can anybody else relate?
The benefits of meal prep keep me coming back though. However, my strategy has changed to work FOR me, and not against me. In today’s podcast episode we’re talking all about how to make meal prep work for you and not against you!
