Push ups are a favorite of mine. You need no equipment to do them, but they fatigue your chest like nobodies business. Not only do they focus on your chest, you have to stabilize your entire body by contracting your abdominals to keep yourself in a straight line. Your abs, shoulders, arms and glutes all work together during this one move. It’s a good one!

Work Your Chest #1 Breakdown
- 4 push ups (2 counts down, 2 counts up)
- 4 push ups (3 counts down, 1 count up)
- 4 push ups (1 count down, 3 counts up)
- 2 push ups (4 counts down, 4 counts up)
- 6 alternating arm chest fly (with each arm)
- 4 chest flies (both arms at the same time)
- 4 count hold (bottom part of chest fly)
- 4 count chest fly pulse
- 4 count hold
- 4 count chest fly pulse
Repeat 1-2 more times through for a great chest workout!
