Great comments on yesterday’s running post! Sounds like switching it up helps you guys keep your running and exercise fun and interesting too.
I sure switched it up last night. My mom and I went to our first 3 mile run in the Wednesday night summer series our running club puts on. It was half trail run/half road run. The trail part was so muddy and so much fun! I finish in 26:40… not too shabby. ![]()
I bounced through the muddy parts and ended up with mud all over my calves. I didn’t mind one bit. My shoes weren’t as dirty as the 5k obstacle course, but still pretty muddy. Those are the kind of fun runs that just make me smile. Every minute is enjoyable.
You know what else is enjoyable?
Sharing another workout video with you guys! I did this tricep workout in one of the group fitness classes I taught (just the tricep section) and it sure wore everyone’s triceps out. Double the workout to get the same effect.
Kitty Stoner decided it was his day to debut as well. That cat just wouldn’t stay away until I fed him! I realized when I shoot downstairs the lighting is really strange, so hopefully I can shoot upstairs again next time.
I hope you like the latest and greatest video on the Fit Girl Workouts Channel!
